What do we expect from you?
The main responsibilities of your role will be to coach the sales teams to support performance in both qualitative and quantitative KPI’S. You will partner with the Boutique Managers to actively coach and follow the progress of individual team members making recommendations as needed, for the Managers to be able to take ownership in between coaching sessions. As a Trainer Executive, you will also be responsible for overall Client Experience and will lead the relevant actions instore: focus groups/ initiatives, etc. that match the UAE global plan in Guest Experience and Clients’ surveys. Another key aspect of the role is to support the development of the Brand Ambassadors of the CRC in terms of selling protocol and client service, to ensure a seamless shopping experience either on the phone or with E-commerce
You will manage your agenda to reach all the network for optimized presence and coaching touchpoints, push and track the e-learning available on our internal application, and follows up accordingly with the boutique managers You will organize and coordinate all the training campaigns within the network.
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
