IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Retail Supervisor
to oversee daily store operations within our business supplies and equipment retail division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible forsupervising retail staff, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service standards
.This role is ideal for professionals with strong
retail supervision, team leadership, and operational management experience
in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage
day-to-day retail store operations
Lead, train, and motivatesales associates and retail staff
Monitor sales performance and achievedaily and monthly sales targets
Ensure high standards ofcustomer service and product knowledge
Overseeinventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising
Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints professionally Ensure compliance withcompany policies, pricing, and retail procedures
Prepare sales reports and support store management initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Retail Team Leader
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Experience insales operations, inventory management, and merchandising
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Proficiency inPOS systems and basic reporting tools
Ability to work flexible shifts in a retail environmentPreferred Qualifications
Experience in
business supplies, office equipment, or B2B retail
Knowledge ofretail KPIs, sales forecasting, and stock control
Multilingual communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus) Experience working inDubai or UAE retail markets
