Increase overall shop sales and revenue
Supervise and coach team members for optimal performance
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for shop staff
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews
Generate and review outstanding payment reports; ensure collections
Analyze sales and revenue reports to make accurate forecasts
Conduct individual staff training sessions weekly to enhance skills
Resolve customer complaints and order delays on the same day they are reported
Enhance upselling and cross-selling performance
Oversee store operations in compliance with SOPs, Health & Safety, and local municipality regulations
Enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Plan and implement in-store promotional events; share reports with the manager
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion
Ensure all shops comply with legal, health, and safety standards
Monitor and control store budgets and minimize unnecessary expenditure
Maintain an effective employee schedule
Hire and train staff as required to maintain strong service levels
Set and track store KPIs, and prepare regular KPI reports
Plan and manage staff annual leaves
Complete all assigned tasks on the action tracker before the deadline
Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment
Implement contingency plans ("Plan B") for situations impacting sales, customer satisfaction, employee concerns, utilities, machines and equipment, raw materials, absenteeism, logistics, conflicts, etc.
Address and resolve pending approvals, inspections, and tailor item issues

Qualification :
Minimum
3-5 years of experience in the retail industry

Proven
team management and leadership
abilities
Must hold a
valid UAE driving license
Strong
customer service and communication skills
Ability to
train, guide, and motivate staff
to achieve sales and service goals
Proficient in
POS systems and inventory management software
Basic knowledge of
sales reporting, stock control, and visual merchandising
Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Flexible with work schedules, including
weekends and holidays
Good understanding of
KPIs and performance monitoring
Ability to manage
store operations independently
and ensure compliance with company policies
