Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management.
Willingness to
travel regularly
between all store locations (UAE Valid driving license).
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, visual merchandising, and sales processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and reporting tools.
Proficient with regular handling of Customer Complaints
Regular Performance Evaluation of the team members
Training and development of Sales Associates in the each shops
Making the strategies and training the team for the upselling and Cross selling of the service
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs/Retail Handbook) to maintain consistency across all locations.
Send weekly/ Monthly Sales Target Report for each shop's services report to senior management and have action plan where required to be improved for next month
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in retail sales and multi-store management.
