A leading Gaming Retail group in the Middle East is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team. The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for their retail channels and esports team. Apart from the retail experience, the ideal candidate should have a strong passion for gaming and be able to drive customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase sales in our retail channels including brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms.
Improving new customer acquisition metrics in the MENA region by driving organic social media strategies, end-to-end campaign development, and integrated marketing strategy implementation.
Direct successful marketing and PR programs to generate a positive return on investment by utilizing internal resources and fostering cooperation with regional agencies and sponsors.
Organize and execute events and promotions to increase foot fall in our retail stores.
Achieving success in measuring key performance indicators, analyzing campaign metrics to identify trends and shortcomings, devising remedial actions, and delivering incremental improvement in return on investment.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective in-store displays and promotions that drive sales and showcase our products.
Create and manage relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets and bloggers to increase brand exposure.
Establish a close relationship with Esports players and influencers in order to elevate the brand.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and generate a positive return on investment.
Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in retail and/or esports marketing, preferably in the gaming industry. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to drive customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Passion for gaming.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in retail /esports industry.
