Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Hiring: Retail Stores Manager - Pre-Owned Footwear & Fashion experience (in UAE)

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Stores Manager in Ajman with a strong background in footwear (Preowned)and Fashion and to lead our flagship showroom in the UAE.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments, knows what it takes to run high-performing teams, and can deliver exceptional customer experiences--especially in the shoes and apparel sector.

This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.

Oversee daily operations of our fashion showroom. Lead, train, and inspire store teams. Deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. Manage showroom setup, inventory, and visual merchandising. Support new store launches and retail partnerships across the UAE

Qualifications

Graduate with Arabic and English fluency 5 years of retail store management experience with Preowned Shoes in UAE. Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective leader. Strong customer service, management and communication skills Experience in retails footwear with multi brands

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
