Retail Store Manager (footwear)

Job Description
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a footwear retail environment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients. Set team objectives and the means to measure them. Define and monitor each team member's assignment and responsibilities in line with the focus areas using KPI's such as ATV, IPC and conversion rates. Analyze commercial report on a weekly basis through department report and take necessary actions to maximize sales. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and audits Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. Manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. Participate in new concept review and in new stores opening. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost revenue. Collaborate with marketing for promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or similar field. 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in
FOOTWEAR
