Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Manage and lead the sales team to ensure effective performance. Build strong relationships with designers, retailers, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and oversee key client accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide business decisions. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth operations. Prepare regular reports and present sales forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
carpet, flooring, or interior decor sales
. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. UAE driving license preferred.Language : Arabic ( mandatory )
