Booktopia is seeking an experienced
Retail Sales Manager
to lead our children's bookstore located in a major shopping mall. The ideal candidate has strongmall retail experience
, excellentsales and team leadership skills
, and a genuinepassion for children's books and education
.Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and stock control. Manage and motivate the sales team for top performance. Coordinate with mall management and marketing teams for events and promotions. Organize reading sessions, school collaborations, and family engagement activities.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in mall-based retail management (bookstore, toy, or lifestyle preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills. Knowledge of retail operations and POS systems. Flexible to work weekends and mall event hours.
Preferred:
Experience in UAE mall retail. Multilingual (English, Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
