Retail Store Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple stores and ensure sales targets are met.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of store staff.
Maintain high customer service and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory, control shrinkage, and ensure SOP compliance.
Drive sales growth, team motivation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years retail management experience (multi-store preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven record in achieving KPIs.
Age: 35 years old and below
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
