Job Description

Job Title: Retail Store Manager



Location: Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi



Contract Duration: 2 Years



We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team at Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi.



Job Details:



o

Basic Salary: AED 5,500 per month + commission

o

Working Days: 6 days per week

o

Weekly Off: 1 day

o

Shift Timing: 9 hours per day (8 hours work + 1 hour break)

o

Visa Requirement: Candidates must have their own valid visa

Requirements:



o

Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role (preferred)

o

Strong leadership and team management skills

o

Ability to handle sales targets, staff scheduling, and daily store operations

o

Good communication and customer service skills
