About The Role
This is a great role where you will get to assist the Design Manager in the completion and implementation of design projects in accordance with agreed parameters of quality standards, costs and timeliness
What you will be doing:
\xe2\x9c\x93 To provide designs and check to ensure they are accurate and in line with defined requirements.
\xe2\x9c\x93 To assist the Design Manager in the proper utilization of design resources.
\xe2\x9c\x93 To guide junior staff in design processes and technical matters
\xe2\x9c\x93 To provide support to the Design Manager in achieving the completion of design projects to time and budget.
\xe2\x9c\x93 To provide support in agreeing the project brief, establishing timelines, delegating tasks and monitor progress of the same.
\xe2\x9c\x93 To undertake Value Engineering reviews and make recommendations for improvement during the various design stages and advise Design Manager on any matters arising.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Coordinate / Liaise with Consultants, Client , Landlords etc on all client related changes, comments, and ensure approvals and consequent incorporation in the design.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Ensure design compliance is line with best practices, BU requirements and Company policies and procedures
\xe2\x9c\x93 Monitor the performance of their team members to ensure the design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements
\xe2\x9c\x93 To check contractors workshop drawings to ensure alignment with the designer\xe2\x80\x99s intent.

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education
\xe2\x9c\x93 Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design

\xe2\x9c\x93 Alternatively an equivalent technical qualification relevant to retail deign /construction
Years of Experience
\xe2\x9c\x93 2 to 4 years relevant experience
\xe2\x9c\x93 4 to 6 years relevant experience (For Senior positions
