Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive FEMALE Store Supervisor for our luxury womenswear boutique with a matcha bar, which combines in-store and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will manage daily store activities, lead the sales team, oversee online sales platforms, and foster strong relationships with suppliers. This role requires a dynamic leader who is results-driven, customer-focused, and highly organized to ensure the store's operational excellence and achievement of sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Oversee product pricing strategies, stock levels, and inventory management to optimize sales and reduce excess stock. Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs, revenue, and key performance indicators. Drive store sales by engaging with customers, upselling, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring positive resolutions. Manage product orders, inquiries, and ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sharing insights on sales trends and product performance. Prepare and send monthly sales and inventory reports to suppliers and upper management. Coordinate in-store promotions, merchandising, and product displays to maximize visual appeal and sales. Oversee the online sales channels, including the website, social media platforms, and e-commerce operations. Monitor online orders, deliveries, and customer support issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Ensure that the online and in-store operations are aligned with brand standards and policies. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including breakdowns of sales, expenses, BOE, invoices, and other financial documentation for each brand. Oversee and manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient shift management. Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and identify staffing needs. Implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, staff performance, and other relevant documentation. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Support visual merchandising and branding initiatives consistent with the company's image. Report on store performance, including online metrics, to senior management, providing insights and recommendations. Stay updated on fashion trends, industry developments, and competitors to enhance store offerings and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or boutique sectors. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Proficiency in inventory management systems such as Vend/Lightspeed, MS Office, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify). Good understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement. Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to inform decision-making. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Customer-focused with a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
