Core Duties

• Welcome customers warmly and provide expert guidance on luxury watch collections
• Drive in-store sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Maintain high visual merchandising and cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Support the Store Manager in opening/closing duties and handling POS system operations
• Ensure correct pricing, tagging, and promotional compliance to protect store margins
• Assist in inventory counts and participate in store meetings and training sessions
• Provide after-sales service and follow-up to build lasting customer relationships
• Handle returns or customer concerns professionally and promptly

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in retail, specifically in the watch or luxury goods industry
• Strong communication skills and a positive, confident demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage fast-paced store environments
• Professional appearance and commitment to providing outstanding service
• Familiarity with retail systems and a proactive approach to learning in-store processes
