What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting and advising customers professionally
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets by driving customer engagement and promoting products
• Greet customers warmly and provide relevant product information to support purchase decisions
• Ensure compliance with store procedures, including correct pricing and ticketing
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock presentation, and visual merchandising standards
• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security responsibilities
• Train new staff on POS operations and resolve customer issues at checkout
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, promote gift cards, and capture customer information
• Contribute to stock replenishment and loss prevention measures
• Participate in store inventories, meetings, and training sessions
• Handle fitting room assistance, post-sale follow-up, and service recovery when needed

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
• 4-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the watch or fashion industry
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and maintain customer relationships
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, engaging, and confident personality
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long hours and handle stock replenishment
• Flexible, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs
