Position Overview
Retail Sales Representative - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting store operations. The role includes maintaining store standards, assisting customers with product knowledge, and performing operational tasks as assigned by the store management team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a positive in-store experience
• Assist customers with product selection, provide relevant information, and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with store standards and procedures
• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security responsibilities
• Train new staff on POS systems and resolve customer issues at checkout
• Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and ticketing of merchandise
• Provide efficient service in fitting rooms and at the cash wrap
• Capture customer information and promote loyalty initiatives such as gift cards
• Participate in store meetings, inventories, and team functions
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets while adhering to company policies

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the watch or luxury goods industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform stock replenishment duties
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and maintain accountability
• Professional personality, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
