Job Description
We are looking for Retail Sales Representative preferably with a Vape / E- Cigarettes Background in Retail.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. The candidate should be able to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make the candidate successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers to shop Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative in the E-cigarette market (Vape Store). Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles To be courteous to their co-workers, managers, and customers Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills -Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments -High school degree or more.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
