Job Role:
Demonstrate features and options on all vehicle Accessories in inventory
Answer basic questions about the products
Promote the company's service
Routinely follow up with Customers to ensure continued satisfaction
Cold call prospective buyers to generate new customers when necessary
Analyze customers wants and needs to effectively recommend corresponding products and services
Inform customers about special promotions and current sales
Maintain current knowledge of competitors' offers and sales tactics
Excellent communication and social skills
Extensive knowledge of vehicles
Confident and persuasive
Persistent and driven
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative
