About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product knowledge and expert advice to guide customer purchases
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
