Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and passionate
Retail Sales Representative
to join our Abu Dhabi team. Your main role will be engaging with customers, selling our specialty coffee products, and providing exceptional service to ensure a great retail experience.Key Responsibilities:
? Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
? Present and sell coffee beans, coffee accessories, brewing equipment, and related products
? Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and our product range
? Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and shop organization
? Handle POS transactions accurately
? Achieve sales targets and provide daily sales reports
? Assist in stock management and inventory counts
? Coordinate with the head office for promotions and stock requirements
Requirements:
? Passion for coffee and customer service
? Retail or sales experience (coffee industry experience is a plus)
? Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
? Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods (training will be provided)
? Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
? Ability to work retail hours
? UAE resident, based in Abu Dhabi
