Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, color matching, and application guidance
Operate tinting and mixing equipment for custom paint orders
Maintain knowledge of product lines, features, and industry trends
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked
Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and orders
Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience in the
paint industry
Proficient in
color matching techniques
and tinting equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
