We, Thomsun Trading Establishment, are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Thomsun Trading started distribution of the complete range of famous musical and audio products in 1990 and since then has grown and expanded over the years to become a leading name in the musical and audio products Industry in UAE. Currently, we have expanded our operations in Qatar and some other gulf countries too. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store\xe2\x80\x99s profitability. Retail Sales Executive\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities: Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Retail Sales Executive job requirements: Preferably a male/female who can join immediately Previous sales experience in the same industry and knowledge on AV products Presentable with good communication skills in English Ability to play various musical instruments will be a definite advantage Job Type: Full-time
