Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team at a bean to bar chocolate factory. The position is a temporary position that could lead to a full time job. In addition to the mentioned salary, we will be giving transportation as well as a good commission on each sale made by the successful candidate. This vacancy for females only as the location of the retail store will be in a female only premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for our products. The Essential Qualifications and Skills for the position are as follows:
  • Effectively communicate in English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in premium chocolate sales in UAE and/or GCC
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
The for the position is as follows:
  • Support the sales team and achieve the sales objectives of the organization.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Achieve Sales targets and contribute to the development of strategies according to feedback from management and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback on sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and develop relationships with clients and business partners to further the reach of the organization.
  • Create and submit periodic reports including but not limited to sales performance report, sales forecast report, territory performance report, sales pipeline report, competitor analysis report, sales campaign report.
  • Monitor the payment status of the customer and ensure that the payment is collected on time.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations as well as sales proposals
  • Continuously look for ways to improve sale processes and increase productivity.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments and members of the organization to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Maintain adequate documentation and records for administrative purposes.
  • Portray a smart and professional appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to hygienic practices as well as health and safety measures.
