We are a leading HVAC general trading company looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and manage end-to-end sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle indoor sales for HVAC and AC spare parts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and send quotations, and actively follow up on open quotes.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers for pricing and material availability.
Coordinate material delivery and ensure timely dispatch to clients.
Follow up on payments and maintain clear payment records.
Support in-store inventory and order tracking.
Requirements:
Prior experience in HVAC or AC spare parts sales is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Tally and MS Office preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions efficiently.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month
