We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage
retail sales of FMCG food products
in
C Class outlets and discount markets & Horeca
across Dubai,Sharjah & Northern Emirates regions separately. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship building, and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
C Class retailers, discount markets, and small retail outlets & Horeca
in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure product visibility in all assigned outlets.
Execute sales strategies to
maximize product distribution and shelf placement
.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the retail sector.
Ensure proper merchandising, stock rotation, and timely replenishment of products.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth.
Coordinate with the sales support team for order processing, delivery follow-up, and collections.
Submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
3 to 4 years of FMCG sales experience
in retail markets.
Proven experience in managing
C Class and discount market outlets
& Horeca
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Dubai , Sharjah and Northern Emirates retail markets.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
