Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in Fitness and Nutrition products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of health and wellness products to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Shift: 7am to 3pm (1 day in a week it will be 10am to 9pm) 1 day off.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on fitness and nutrition goals.
• Stay informed about the features, benefits, and uses of various fitness and nutrition products.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of nutritional supplements, fitness equipment, and related merchandise.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different fitness and nutrition products.
• Provide guidance on product usage, proper nutrition, and fitness routines.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area.
• Ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Actively engage in marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fitness and nutrition industry.
• Knowledge of health and wellness products, including supplements, fitness equipment, and related items.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.

• Basic monthly salary: 4,500 AED
