Full We are looking for an organized and results-driven female retail associate to be responsible for the overall store management and customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage the inventory line effectively. Responsibilities: Keeping a record of purchases and restocking the store accordingly. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance. Develop business strategies to raise our customers\xe2\x80\x99 pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Monitor daily administrative and operational activities that involve complete documentation, ERP updates for receiving, issuing, inventory control, and storage of items thereby ensuring the smooth functioning of the store operations. Requirements: Must be organized and punctual. Well-presented and professional. Prior experience in retail. Ability to work in fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
