Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively. Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments. Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
