As part of their expanding retail operations, they are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to be the face of their showroom. Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their specific product needs.
- Showcase machinery features and demonstrate how they meet customer requirements.
- Assist clients in finding the right products and guide them through the purchase process.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain the store layout and displays to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and exchanges with a helpful attitude.
- Stay informed about current product lines, features, and ongoing offers.
- Support inventory tasks including stock updates, tagging, and incoming goods.
- Follow showroom policies and safety guidelines to ensure smooth retail operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in machinery, electronics, or specialty products.
- Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends or during peak shopping times.
- Energetic, approachable, and committed to customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and good with numbers.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
