Greet customers & help them find items in the store.
Provide customers with information about items & upselling.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Ensure smooth onboarding and daily support for SME partners.
Maintain attendance and activity records of all assigned staff.
Monitor and report any operational or storage issues promptly.
Support coordination between SMEs, operations, for timely issue resolution.
Conduct site readiness checks before SME setup.
Implement daily attendance and stock movement logs.
Ensure proper labelling and alignment with guidelines.
Provide on-ground assistance to SMEs during setup and event days.
Requirements:
Candidate with dependent visa/ freelance visa are eligible to apply.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail in stock management and record-keeping.
Ability to assist with event coordination and SME support.
Proactive problem-solving skills and operational efficiency.
