Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise. Present and promote fine jewellery collections, explaining the design inspiration, craftsmanship, and gemstone details. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups. Ensure the boutique displays, showcases, and merchandise are always presented in line with brand visual standards. Process sales transactions accurately and manage client records using CRM tools. Stay informed on the latest product launches, jewellery trends, and brand storytelling. Handle client concerns or after-sales requests with professionalism and efficiency. Support inventory management, stock checks, and visual merchandising as required. Uphold the brand's luxury image and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Jewellery Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
