About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join a prestigious retail outlet in JAFZA. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection Drive sales through proactive engagement, product knowledge sharing, and consultative selling Guide customers to appropriate products and respond professionally to inquiries Process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments Maintain customer profiles and document sales activities Support inventory management, including receiving and merchandising Ensure store security and report potential issues to management Build customer loyalty through personalized communication about promotions and new arrivals

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in retail sales, preferably in large-format department stores Proven track record with international brands across apparel, footwear, cosmetics, and perfumes
Skills:

Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Basic numeracy and transaction processing skills High energy, reliability, and professional demeanor
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
