Retail Sales Associate
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain store visual standards and stock organization.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Build lasting relationships with clientele to encourage repeat business.
- Support store operations, including inventory checks and merchandising.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and sales-driven personality.
- Strong command of English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or higher education qualification.
