Sales staff are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting Coral Perfumes products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall store experience. They represent the Coral brand and help customers select fragrances that suit their preferences.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection.
Understand customer fragrance preferences and suggest suitable perfumes.
Conduct product demonstrations (fragrance testing, notes explanation).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products such as gift sets, combos, and accessories.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and product displays.
Ensure shelves are always well-stocked and products properly labeled.
Assist with inventory management and stock counting.
Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
Brand Knowledge
Stay updated on Coral Perfumes' product range, fragrance families, and new launches.
Explain perfume notes (top, middle, base) and longevity to customers.
Customer Relationship Building
Maintain customer records for loyalty programs.
Follow up with regular customers for new arrivals and offers.
Visual Merchandising
Set up displays based on promotional campaigns and store guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
1-3 years of retail sales experience (perfumes mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales goals.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (POS system handling).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
