ey Responsibilities:

Greet, assist, and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate strong product knowledge -- including features, benefits, and promotions. Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for billing, cash handling, and refunds. Maintain store displays, ensure merchandise is well-organized, clean, and properly tagged. Replenish stock and assist in inventory counts and stock control procedures. Support visual merchandising efforts in line with company guidelines. Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Adhere to all company policies, security, and grooming standards. Work as a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage. Strong customer service and sales orientation. Basic computer and POS operation knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously. Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.

Working Conditions:

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of merchandise. Store-based environment.
