Role Purpose

As a

Retail Sales Associate

at Lindeza, you will be the face of our brand in store. You will welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, present product options, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You'll also support store operations including stock management, merchandising, and ensuring the store environment aligns with Lindeza's aesthetic and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store Understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and recommending items Achieving individual and store sales targets Upselling, cross-selling, and creating product bundles or add-ons Handling point of sale (POS) transactions with accuracy Maintaining visual merchandising standards -- arranging displays, ensuring stock is well presented Assisting with stock management: receiving shipments, inventory counts, restocking Keeping store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards Building relationships with clients and following up on potential leads Handling customer queries, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service in a professional manner

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum

high school diploma

or equivalent Experience in

retail / sales

, preferably in fashion, jewelry, accessories or a similar field Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds A customer-first mindset -- patient, empathetic, proactive Basic proficiency with computers / POS systems Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Arabic) are a plus Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings A passion for jewelry, fashion, or design is a plus
