Key Responsibilities:
Train and guide showroom sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Visit multiple showrooms to assess performance and provide coaching.
Ensure adherence to company sales strategies and customer service standards.
Assist in achieving sales targets and improving overall showroom performance.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in a showroom or retail environment.
Strong training and mentoring skills.
Willing to travel frequently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Female Preferred.
