Guide customers through product features, pricing, and availability.
Maintain organized shelves and ensure product displays are appealing.
Process purchases through POS systems, including handling cash and card transactions.
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the store manager.
Upsell additional products and promotional items when appropriate.
Handle exchanges, refunds, and resolve customer concerns courteously.
Job Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; retail sales experience is a plus.
Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage fast-paced retail environments.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for handling transactions.
