Retail Sales Associates

for our showroom in

Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidates should have:

Pleasing personality with minimum 2 years of experience as an Retail Sales Associate in any of the retail brands or furniture industry.

Should have Positive attitude, excellent communication with great sales skills

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features. Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively. Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and stocktaking. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

Experience in Furniture Industry would be an advantage Proven experience as a retail sales associate or in a similar customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic excel skills and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
