We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys engaging with clients, and thrives in a high-end retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming clients and guiding them through the store experience.
- Support the in-store team in product presentation, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat visits and loyalty.
- Support store events, promotions, and brand activations as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness at all times.
