About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Executive to support our retail branches. This role involves direct coordination with

mall management

to ensure smooth branch operations, compliance with mall requirements, and timely renewals of permits and documentation. The Retail Operations Executive will work closely with our PRO and other departments to ensure all operational requirements for new and existing branches are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

primary point of contact

with mall management for all branch-related matters. Manage all documentation and approvals required by malls for

store openings, fit-outs, renewals, and daily operations

. Ensure timely submission and renewal of mall-related permits, passes, and compliance documents. Support new branch openings by coordinating with internal teams and mall representatives. Handle

operational documentation

such as tenancy contracts, mall agreements, event permits, and other branch requirements. Liaise with the PRO for trade license renewals, government approvals, and other compliance needs tied to branch operations. Track and maintain a database of all branch-related licenses, permits, and renewal deadlines. Assist in operational audits and ensure all branches remain compliant with mall and regulatory standards. Provide general operational support to branches as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in

retail operations, branch coordination, or mall liaison roles

within retail, F&B, or service industries. Strong understanding of

mall management procedures

(permits, approvals, compliance). Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements for retail outlets (trade license, renewals, etc.) is a plus. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with mall management and internal teams. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple branches.
