Retail Operations Associate / Manager

Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of experience in retail operations, including project or team management; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Proven leadership in implementing and managing digital tools across retail networks.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of omnichannel retail.
- High digital fluency - confident working with retail platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, and collaborative tech.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable navigating dynamic, multi-market environments and delivering against evolving business expectations.
- Exposure to or knowledge of Middle East and/or Indian retail markets.
- Financial oversight experience (operational budgeting, procurement efficiency).
