Your mission The Project Manager\'s main mission is to create and apply the operational marketing strategy of the company worldwide to contribute to the achievement of the group sales objectives. You will be responsible for interpreting, adapting and planning operational marketing plan, keeping in mind the brand standards and budgets. You will be working cross functionally with all concerned department, store managers and airports in all regions. Build marketing plan and calendar for the different airports and markets; Organize and implement commercial operations in collaboration with the EMEA and US operational teams. Analyze and monitor the result; Daily communication with store managers to help them improve their performances. Develop creative content and communication materials for Be Relax stores (posters, videos, flyers\xe2\x80\xa6); Ensure that stores merchandising follows brand requirement and make adjustments if needed. Implement new Be Relax products and 3rd party brands in each spa in collaboration with logistic and product departments. Create dynamic training content for our products In collaboration with the product development team. Help in organizing in store events such as Grand opening, new services launch, partnership\xe2\x80\xa6 Launch of new service offers, allowing to demonstrate new sources of profitability or improvement of the quality of service. You are our ideal candidate if : You have a university degree in a BBA, a MBA in business development, marketing (full time course) with at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing in an international retail environment or with airport experience. You are passionate about wellness and travel and you are result-oriented. You are fluent in English.
