Conducts daily meetings, sets sales targets and strategies, manages time allocation, and evaluates individual team capacity to ensure consistent performance.
Oversees the full sales cycle from order entry (O.E) to delivery note (D.N), attends client meetings for deal closure, follows up on key orders until handover, and ensures accurate costing.
Provides weekly product training, motivates and supports sales staff, resolves escalated customer issues, and coordinates closely with accounts, store, and sales coordinators.
Estimates new projects, drives collection and payment follow-ups, and ensures the team delivers excellent customer service while meeting sales quotas.
