Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day operations across our retail network. This role will be responsible for optimizing store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and driving alignment with the company's overall commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Lead and oversee all retail operations across 55-60 stores to ensure efficiency, consistency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Review financial performance and P&L reports to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate closely with the Brand Merchandise Manager to optimize store layouts, stock levels, and visual standards in line with brand directives.

Drive the execution of retail initiatives, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to enhance overall store performance.

Develop and mentor store leadership teams to strengthen operational capabilities and succession readiness.

Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, processes, and performance standards across all retail locations.

Manage budgets, manpower planning, and operational scheduling to support business objectives and maximize efficiency.

Establish and monitor stock control and loss prevention measures, ensuring compliance with company procedures and achieving inventory targets.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Retail, Retail Management, or Business Management. 10-12 years of progressive experience in retail with 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-location operations with GCC experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operational problem-solving and execution.

Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Strong commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales performance and profitability.
