Source leads through cold calling, referrals, and outdoor sales
Identify customer needs and provide the right loan solutions
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in
Personal Loan Sales in the UAE
Strong knowledge of banking products and loan procedures
Excellent communication and sales skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive
Must be currently based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
