We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Consultant with a proven track record in shopping malls and retail leasing management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for creating vibrant shopping experiences. As a Retail Leasing Consultant , you will play a crucial role in expanding our retail portfolio and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, landlords, and prospective tenants to understand their leasing needs and objectives.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities, evaluate competitive landscapes, and determine optimal rental strategies.

Leasing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants while maximizing property value.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring:

Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

Property Promotion:

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available retail spaces through various channels, including online listings, social media, and industry events.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and market trends, providing regular updates to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including property management and finance, to ensure seamless execution of leasing strategies and tenant onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven years of experience in retail leasing, specifically within shopping malls or mixed use developments. Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, leasing processes, and industry trends. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
