The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing and renewing prime retail spaces, working closely with mall management, and ensuring timely store openings. They should have experience negotiating with shopping malls, handling store leasing footprints, and working cross-functionally to support new store launches.
Key Responsibilities
?Responsible for all the individual and collective retail leasing footprints throughout GCC.
? Identify and negotiate new & renewal of existing best position shop space in accordance with the business growth plans.
? Working closely with internal & external teams on new store openings / ensure best practice/ open on time / cost reduction.
? On-going meetings with Mall Management to discuss performance.
? Commence early negotiations with new shopping malls under development to ensure best negotiated position & leasing schedules.
Requirements
? 2-4 years' experience working in UAE in a similar role.
? Thrives under pressure and enjoys reaching and exceeding targets.
? Ability to work more or less independently.
? Strong communication skills to build interpersonal relationships.
? Senior stakeholder management.
