About you

As a master of Coffee roaster, your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate an exceptional level of expertise in all aspects of coffee, including sourcing, roasting, brewing, and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of coffee quality and ensuring an outstanding coffee experience for our customers. Your passion and knowledge of coffee will be crucial in educating and inspiring our colleagues and customers.

About the role

Requirements for the role include strong sensory evaluation skills and the ability to identify and describe different coffee flavors as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and educate colleagues and engage with customers. Extensive knowledge and expertise in coffee sourcing, roasting, and brewing techniques, passion for coffee and a genuine desire to share that passion with others. Ideally you should have minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
