About the Role
We are a premium niche perfume brand expanding across the UAE and GCC markets. We are looking for a Retail Expansion / Channel Development Executive to lead the growth of our physical points of sale through strategic retail partnerships and channel development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and source new retail points of sale (boutiques, perfume stores, concept stores, malls, hotels, and premium outlets).
Develop and manage retail & distribution channels across the UAE and GCC.
Negotiate commercial terms, consignment or wholesale agreements.
Coordinate store onboarding, brand placement, and activation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with management on expansion strategy and reporting.

Requirements
Proven experience in retail expansion, channel development, or B2B sales.
Strong network within UAE and/or GCC retail market (perfume, beauty, fashion, or luxury is a plus).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC if required.

Compensation
Salary or Salary + Commission (to be discussed and agreed upon based on experience and performance).
Performance-based incentives tied to activated points of sale.
